Discovery & Ballpark Quote
Next, we’ll send over a proposal that contains a quote to perform Project Discovery, and a rough Ballpark Estimate based on the information we’ve collected so far.
If that’s agreeable, then we’ll move forward!
The Project Discovery phase is a collaborative process that allows us to uncover all of the business requirements of the application. These 2-4 weeks include:
Project Blueprint Delivery
The culmination of the Project Discovery phase is the Project Blueprint delivery. In addition to the items listed above, the blueprint contains items such as:
Along with the Project Blueprint, we’ll send over a Project Proposal that contains a breakdown of pricing, timeline, milestones, and potential 3rd party costs.
Here’s where we get to work. We manage the full development process from start to finish. Most projects contain these internal checkpoints:
Weekly Development Updates
Throughout development, you’ll receive at least weekly updates from our team to share progress and any potential hurdles.
Once development is complete, we proceed with a rigorous internal QA process:
* On all major devices & browsers, or as defined in SOW.
User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Now it’s time for you and your team to kick the tires of this new application!
Your team sends us 2-3 consolidated lists of fixes which we review and complete.
Nice! After final approval, your application is now live and ready to be enjoyed by your users.
We’ll be around to make sure deployment goes smoothly and to catch any post-launch fixes that come up.
After Live Deployment, we’re still here to help. We recommend establishing a monthly service agreement to support your application. Otherwise, we provide paid support on an ad-hoc basis.
